How it works

Every 1Below piece is printed just for you when you order — no warehouses, no unsold gear headed to a landfill. That means a short production window before your order ships.

Timing

• Production: 2–5 business days from when you place your order
• Shipping: 3–5 business days for standard domestic delivery once your order leaves production

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number the moment your gear ships.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $7.95 on all domestic orders and free on orders over $75. No surprises at checkout.

Where we ship

Currently shipping within the United States. Want 1Below somewhere else? Email hello@1below.com and tell us where. International is on our list, and knowing where you are helps us get there.

Order changes & address fixes

Because production starts fast, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Need to fix a shipping address? Email hello@1below.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it's gone missing, email hello@1below.com within 30 days of the ship date and we'll make it right — see our Returns & Exchanges policy here for the details.
